Truck Claims Agreement
1. Who This Agreement Applies To
This agreement applies to any person who submits a truck claim application on FoodTrucksMove.com ("you" or "claimant"). By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting a claim, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
2. Your Representation of Ownership
By submitting a claim, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the actual owner or primary operator of the food truck being claimed.
- You have the legal authority to represent and manage the truck's listing on this platform.
- All information provided in your application - including your name, contact details, and truck information - is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:
- Claiming a truck you do not own or operate.
- Impersonating another operator or business.
- Submitting fabricated verification images or false social media posts.
- Using another person's identity or contact information without their consent.
4. Consequences of a False Claim
If FoodTrucksMove.com determines, at its sole discretion, that a claim was submitted fraudulently or in bad faith, the following actions may be taken:
- Permanent ban of your account and any accounts associated with your identity or device.
- Immediate removal of the falsely claimed listing.
- Referral to appropriate legal authorities where applicable.
We take fraudulent claims seriously. Operators who depend on this platform to grow their business deserve to know their listings are protected.
5. Reporting a False Claim
If you believe your truck has been claimed by someone other than yourself, please contact us at gulffoodtrucks.com/contact. We will investigate and restore access to the rightful operator as quickly as possible.
6. Agreement
By submitting a claim application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Truck Claims Agreement in full.
